Class Descriptions

VINYASA YOGA

Vinyaa Yoga emphasizes breath and movement to build internal heat. This is a flowing class that integrates breath and movement, strength and flexibility, and purifies the body and calms the mind.

SLOW FLOW YOGA

This slower paced class integrates the whole body in a challenging and restorative series of postures. You will move fluidly through inversions, spinal twists, hip and hamstring openers, and abdominal strengtheners with special emphasis on the breath.

ASHTANGA/VINYASA YOGA

Foundations of breathing, sun salutations and basic postures are developed in this class.

FOLLOW THE YOGI WITH JONNY KEST

This class is designed to help students develop a personal practice in Ashtanga/Vinyasa Yoga. There is no practice on full moon and new moon days.
